Addressing Multi-Faceted Displays in Simulation and Training. Applications
Video Display Corporation (NASDAQ: VIDE) is pleased to announce that its Simulation and Training Division, VDC Display Systems (VDC DS), has entered into an Agreement with Scalable Display Technologies for the development of a specific variant of the Scalable Display Manager Calibration Program for Windows. This development addresses the need for the calibration of projectors used in multi-faceted displays in simulation and training applications and builds on the long standing relationship between the two companies. The development program includes the calibration of both HD projectors and the new Sony VPL- GT100 projector that was launched at IITSEC 2012. Deliveries of this new product will commence late 2012 / early 2013.
