Our support team is available Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm E.T,  except for the following U.S holidays: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus/Indigenous People’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, Thanksgiving Friday and Christmas Day.

Phone Support

Phone support is included in all client-purchased support packages. If you do not currently have a support package in place, hourly phone support is available in a pay-as-you-go basis. Our support team is available Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm E.T except for U.S. holidays.

Support Ticket

If you have an issue with a current project, email our support team at support@scalabledisplay.com to create a new ticket in our Support Ticketing System. Our typical response time is within 24 hours on business days.

Remote Support

Clients with support packages have the option of allowing our support engineers to remote into their PC, sharing complete control of their system to quickly identify and solve any issues.

Scalable ACT Program – Advanced Comprehensive Training

Scalable offers an advanced technical training course for partners that want to become experts in Scalable’s software, system troubleshooting, and multi-projector display fundamentals.
