Phone Support

Phone support is included for all our customers when they purchase our support package. Not under support? You can get phone support for an hourly fee. Our support team is available Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm E.T except holidays.

Support Ticket

If you have an issue with a current project you can create a new ticket in our Support Ticketing system. Our typical response time is within 24 hours on business days.

Remote Support

If you are under a support contract our support engineers can remote into your PC sharing complete control of your system, quickly identifying and solving any problems.

Scalable ACT Program – Advanced Comprehensive Training

Scalable offers an advanced technical training course for partners that want to become deeply knowledgeable in Scalable software, system troubleshooting, and multi-projector fundamentals. The ACT course is an intensive multi-day training that consists of both class-room style learning and hands-on sessions with Scalable engineers.
